REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

 

• Meeting registration fee includes; badge, final program, certificate of participation, entrance to the stand and meeting areas.
• **% 20 VAT will be added to the prices above.

Services included in the accommodation package price :

• Accommodation prices include breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, coffee breaks.
• For stays of less than 2 nights, 2 nights accommodation fee will be charged.
• If accommodation is not taken at the congress hotels or if accommodation is not made through FLAP TOUR, a daily 40 EUR + VAT external participation fee will be added to the registration amount during the congress. In case of non-payment of the external participation fee, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress, as the entrance to the congress hotel will not be provided.
• All payments will be made in Euro. If payments are made in TL, they will be converted to Euro based on the CBRT exchange buying rate on the date of payment.

Transfer Information:

Airport - Hotel (One Way) : 1.500 TL + VAT
The price mentioned above is one way collective transfer price per person.
For private transfer requests, you need to contact Flap Tour, the fee will be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation requests made before February 19, 2024, 10% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
• After February 19, 2024, no refund will be made for cancellations made after February 19, 2024.
• After February 19, 2024, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
